At present, our company has successfully developed 400KM China standard EMU temperature sensor. The product is applied to the 400KM China Standard EMU change rail project and orbit determination project, with a total of 14 models of temperature sensors.
 
The product has passed more than 20 tests such as -50 °C low temperature test, resistance value accuracy test, low temperature storage test, vibration shock test, electromagnetic compatibility test, weather resistance test, high temperature test, limit test and protection grade. Already have marketing conditions. Compared with the 350KM standard EMU, the temperature sensor can withstand low temperatures up to -50 °C, which can be used in harsher cold environments.
 
At present, the temperature sensor of the orbital project has been successfully delivered to the customer, and the installation and use of the temperature sensor is about to be delivered. Our company is the sole supplier. The product is applied to the shaft end, gear box, traction motor and other parts to realize real-time temperature detection and protect the safe operation of the train.
 
The successful development of this temperature sensor marks that the sensor technology team of Huayi Company has once again completed the technical research work. Meet the requirements of customers and achieve a perfect breakthrough in sensor technology.
